They also stated " For New York businesses, we offer both transactional and start-up services ." The meta header had New York as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Ciccarone Ma, Immigration, and Law which isn't as important as New York. The other words the site uses is Business. Contract is also included and might not be seen by search parsers.
